Complete Warranty Information


	All parts are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Our liability is limited specifically to the replacement of the defective parts as provided by the manufacturer's warranty. We assume no liability for any injury, loss or damage from the improper use or malfunction of any part we sell. All parts are subject to verification of the defect or malfunction. Defective parts are to be accompanied by a RGA number and are to be returned freight prepaid to be evaluated. Parts found to be defective will be replaced at our expense and shipped to purchaser via ups or fedex ground. This warranty does not cover any monetary reimbursement. Parts with factory installed identification labels missing, mutilated, or altered will not be warranted under any circumstances. Heater Warranty Warranty does not cover the following heater failure causes (Dry fire) turning on the controls while tub has no water. (Calcification) sheath corrosion from improper water chemistry. (Electrical or Mechanical abuse) operation above the rated electrical voltage. Improper use or application. (Freeze damage) All failures caused by reasons not specifically indicated as manufacturer defects

Warranty does not cover the following heater failure causes
